Anyone have experience with Sirui customer service?

I'm thinking of getting the Sirui P-326 Monopod. I'm willing to pay ~$30 more for that because of a) the great reviews and b) the 6-year warranty that comes with.

However, the 6-year warranty is null if their customer service isn't legit. Has anyone dealt with Sirui's customer service?
