Aluminium or carbon fibre. If so , what do you think ?

There's lots of great reviews online. But it seems as if 90% of reviews on most products are good reviews.

    Anyone have any issues?

Or other suggestions for a travel tripod.

    Thanks.

I do have one and seriously, it's amazing.
I have the carbon Fiber one, and it's sturdy in pretty windy situations although I would also (if you're shooting seriously - although maybe you aren't otherwise you'd be getting a more expensive tripod) attach a bag underneath, as the bottom legs are pretty thin and could do with some weight pushing down on it.

But yah - I love it for what I use it for ... that said, I currently use it for a video security camera pointing at my baby's crib.
