anyone use Picturenaut?

I shot a building the other day with three exposures. One correct, one two stops over, and one two stops under. The under exposed one had the nice blue sky I wanted. When I got home I downloaded Picturenaut and fused the shots. But the fused photo had a blown out sky like it used the sky in the correctly exposed shot. I thought it would use the sky fro the under exposed shot. I played with the weighting and curve but nothing helped. Did I do something wrong or do I need to use different software?

im not sure about the program you are using but if it is like photomatrix you can select/lasso the area and tell the software which exposure to use for that area.
