Anyone working with statistical analyses?

I'm taking a few stat courses during my education. More specifically am I taking this semester Experimental Design and Analysis of Variance. Just finished drafting a compulsory assignment focusing on Random Effects Model and Randomised Complete Block Design.

Knowing this pretty basic statistical analyses, and having some knowledge about how to design the experiments, surely will come in handy whenever I do my Master's Thesis, and maybe even a Ph.D. I wish I could push more statistics into my plan. Mathematical statistics also seems very interesting, and it would be neat to be able to calculate p-values thought Theoretic Statistics is needed for that

So, anyone understanding what I'm talking about here?

No, but I used to do statistical analysis & designed specifications for the acceptance of work with pay factors based on percent within limits.

Yup I use statistics all the time as an engineer. Have used design of experiement, anova, regression, have my six sigma black belt training and all that.
