My initial reaction was the same here, until a friend reminded me that the 1st generation iPod was 5 GB and cost $500 ... and we all know what has happened with the iPod.

I really don't think that this is aimed as the casual user at this point, though. Much more just the execs who can afford the phone and then all of the data transfer fees on top of that. :er:

AT&T/ Cingular IMHO is the biggest downfall that it has. It certainly is cool though. Price wise, it was'nt to long ago that Razr's were $400.00, now they give them away. I don't see Steve Job's giving anything away, but the price will come down.
