apple orchard B&W for C&C

I did these HDR images in color in the HDR forum, someone suggested trying black and white so i tried, and liked it.
I might be going back there today after work, so i thought id try and get some quick advice.

any suggestions to improve these?

i like number 1, i think it would look great with a sunset behind it, and in color. maybe slightly different angle, and less trees, kinda looking at it in a row, and only showing 1 line of trees on the left side, and the rest sky and ground. if that makes any sense

These shots can be nailed in a single exposure, without any blown highlights and with a bare minimum of blocked shadows, if you just get out there at the right time of day.

My suggestion is to bypass HDR altogether... you'll a sharper shot with cleaner, more natural tones.
