I prefer the first image a little more. There's a bit too much orange in the second. First comes across as more natural.

Both are pretty nice and not the overdone gritty HDR we often see.

Where is this if you don't mind me asking?

I prefer the second one. :D

Thanks. This is a place I call home, MALTA. Smack bang in the middle of the Mediterranean Seaif you were wondering :) :)

whats with the horizon/bump in the third photo? there is a hump in the water line? for the third one I really wish you wouldn't have cut off the edge of that bottom dark blue pool. maybe in portrait layout? what a beautiful place, you are lucky to live there.

I prefer the second as well, I like the orange around the buildings. However the light is overexposed an a bit washed out.

The 3 shots at the sea shore don't warrant the HDR technique in so far that the dynamic range (the DR in HDR) of the scenes should be with the dynamic range your camera's image sensor can capture.
Understanding Dynamic Range in Digital Photography

WARNING: The following statements will be a massive shock to anyone who knows me well.

I totally disagree. I think the HDR treatment on these did WONDERS for these images. The tonal depth on the color is just STUNNING. And the handling of the HDR was SO delicate that I was like "MAN those colors are awesome... wait... how the hell did she do that? Oh wait, is that HDR? Holy crap!"

BEAUTIFUL images, really well handled.

It's a panoramic shot, HDR. Around 36 images stiched together....the bump in the middle, I just couldn't get rid of....well spotted though!
