It sort of looks like someone set their coffee cup on your photo and stained it. Sorry man, this effect looks terrible to me. I am sure that this place it was taken at is very nice but you need to pick a subject for your photo and work on a better exposure. There are some great articles that can be found in this forum to get you started.

I agree. I like selective coloring, but here it doesn't seem like you picked anything in particular to draw attention to.
