Astro mod a Nikon D90?

Searched around and haven’t found any decent information on getting a D90 converted for Astro shots. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is it even possible or worth it?

Not sure what you would need. Life Pixel does IR and UV conversions. One of these days I'm going to have my old D40 done for IR.

I’ve looked at some sites that do conventions but they don’t list the D90 as supported. Guess I can email them.
