At night in old San Juan... C&C

So I went out with some friends and took my camera and tripod with me since it had been a couple of weeks since Ive gone out to take pics. Went to eat, had some drinks... then walked around the city. And thus this pic was born! What do you guys think? I think the contrast of complimentary colors (blue, orange) tends to be appealing. Also, the subject isnt sharp because it was 10..15 sec exposure. Actually, I was suprised it wasn't any blurrier since he was moving so much.

Awesome photo! The only helpful comment I think of is I would maybe crop some off the top and right sides (think the bright white light on the right is a bit harsh and draws the focus away from the subject).

Thanks people! Yeah... I guess the leading fence is part of the appeal of the pic. The clouds... well I dont know, but it gave the pic a nice touch.

Ive only had this camera for... 2 months now. You only need a tripod and long shutter speeds and voila.
