At the park, 3 pics

Took a few shots this weekend at the park. Want an opinion of the first 2 as in which is better PP. Still figuring out what I like. I know the blue stripe is distracting, but the guy only landed for a few fleeting seconds, so I had to act fast without thinking...

The last image is of a lowly grackle, but I like the composition. I only cropped a little, adjusted the white balance a little, and removed some ugly spider webs under the railing.

Any input is appreciated.

I really like the pattern in the dragonfly's wings. Your are right with #3, I really like the idea. My eyes are guided by the ramp to the bird. Well done!:thumbup:

The third shot has fantastic composition. I like the second shot of the dragonfly because the colors seem stronger. Nice shooting!

Excellent images; liked them. the patterns on the wings are shown well; the eye of the bird also appears sharp

Thanks for the kind replies. I am also leaning towards #2, just wasn't sure if the contrast was too harsh.
