Using a browser with scripting turned off and all the various blocking elements turned on. In fact, I rarely go to TPF using IE for the very reason we are discussing.

No, I don't use IE, either. For anything...Firefox or Chrome, and virus checker up to the minute updated.

LAST NIGHT WHILE ON THIS SITE I WAS ATTACKED BY THAT PHONEY VIRUS PROTECTION VIRUS. I HAVE HAD MY COMPUTER WIPED OUT BY THAT VIRUS ONCE BEFORE AND 2 OTHER NEAR FATAL ATTACKS. SO YES THERE ARE ATTCKS HAPPENING I QUICK WENT TO CONTROL ALT DELETE TO GET TO TASK MANAGER AND SHUT DOWN FIREFOX

So what your saying,is IM responsible for all the people out there who want MY Detail's? And your also being a hypocrite,as your on a "Flagged Site".

Its no ones falt bar the persons programing these software item's. and they'll still be there on site's that are Classed as "safe" ive had virusses using paypal before,trying to transfer money for an ebay purchase. so no site is safe,and no site is going to screen the items being installed from adverts ect.

That's like saying "There is this man with a gun banging on my door. It's really loud! So I let him in and it's a lot quieter now!"

Thats also like saying the Terrorists are terrorising us,we should invade their countries and terrorise them but say were "liberating" them, its still terrorisim.

Theres no way to win this,if we blocked every site we went onto with a virus we might aswell disconect our Dsl conections and start a Roman Forum.that way the only viruses we'll get are the Flu and the Common Cold.

No Web browser is 100% safe,regardless what people say and are adiment,It's like saying, the kid cant be mines,i wore a condom!
