Auto-Exposure Bracketing

Does anyone know if the D40 has the option for Auto-Exposure Bracketing

I haven't used one, but from what I have read, the D40 does not have bracketing. Someone correct me if I am wrong here.

No AEB on the D40 or D40X. Sorry.

It only takes a couple of seconds to bracket a few shots...not quite the same as auto bracketing...but it's not hard to do.

Yes, the XTI has it. It's somewhere in the menu, but as I don't have mine or my manual on me, I don't remember where.

its not a big deal to change the shutter speed during shots to get a different exposure but sometime i will move the tripod slightly on accident

yea, i realize it only take a few seconds to do it manually, i was just wondering if there was an auto option. thanks for the quick reply guys.. i'm just learning about HDR imaging using photomatix pro, so I'm just learning!
