I created the first video back around 2020. It is less than 3 min. and was intended to be either a start to a longer video, or "part 1" of a set. Unfortunately, I never did get what I wanted for the 2nd part, so the project sat. I think I have enough to make the "part 2" now. I'm not sure though. I'm not entirely happy with one of the clips I have, and I am not sure if I will be able to replace it with something better. But here is the link to the "Part 1".

Time and Fallen Leaves

This is the second song in my Fall video set. The song is Akdong Musician's "Time and Fallen Leaves". As far as I know, there is no official English translation of the lyrics, but there are a couple of lyric videos that look "about right". If you search YouTube for "Time and Fallen Leaves" you can find them.

The first version I posted was a "short version" "demo-like" version which covers about 3/4 of the whole song. Making MV's like mine IS SPECIFICALLY ALLOWED for this song and many others published by their company. I think a permission like this might be retractable within reason, but I think I would be sent notice. This link has been changed to the Full Length version only:

Lately I am using my Nikon 1 S2 as my carry camera. I have mentioned it before. Its lens is a 10-30mm F3.5-5.6 VR. For stills, it can only take either a JPEG or a "raw" file, so I am currently only recording JPEGs. I think I should try to get used to switching to "raw" occasionally, but, since I cannot process the "raw" file from this camera, doing so will mean I will not be able to post the results "here". This current set is Aperture Priority, but I will be switching to HDR mode "for a while". Since HDR will probably use multiple exposures, there is no telling if it will be better or worse. In this fall-winter season, probably worse.

About the season: From about Dec 1 - Feb 1 (two months), the Toronto weather tends to be "like this." Notice the sky in the last picture? Despite it still being during the day, it is basically "sun-less". I think it is probably overcast 5 to 6 days out of 7. That is just a guess. I have never tried to document it. Feb - Mar are not necessarily much better. I just have not thought about it that much lately.
