great shot! just beautiful....would love to have leaves that turned anything but brown...but until the summers are not so stifling..i will be stuck with brown...

I spent three days this past weekend up near Grand Marais, MN at the family cabin. Shot about 3 gigs worth of pics. Most of the sorting will have to happen this winter when its cold out.

Well, post some more after you're done sorting . Great picture. Love the bright colors & the wheel. Plus, birchtree is one of my favourite trees. Aprilraven is right, it would be a cool poster!

Poster or viewcard ... this definitely is the material for it. Very vibrant colours and a good frame, I agree with woodsac on the positive effect of the leaning birches, with Knopka on birches being beautiful trees, and I like the leaning wheel in this photo very much, too, because it adds a different shape and colour to it all.
