Looks pretty good to me....there is the part of the beach on the other side of the pier with some overexposure. Great pic

Your composition is good but your HDR is kinda lame. The idea of shooting for HDR is to cover both the highlights and shadows, which you have done neither here. How many shots did you take for this? Im betting it was probably 3 at most. It should have been closer to 7 or 9.
