Hey guys I just did my first event with my new Canon 70-200 f/4 L lens and the results I got are amazing!! Better than what i thought. As you already know, the lens is amazingly sharp and very fast on AI Servo. I just have on VERY SMALL thing I noticed and just want to ask about. On TDP Review, it says that this lens handles CA very well. I have some very small CA on the face of some of the swells in my photos. Here are some examples:

my question is: Is this normal CA for this lens or is this caused by my NON-multi coated Tiffen Polorizer Filter?

Also, do you think these images came out as sharp as expected for this lens, or do oyou think my cheap tiffen filter made this images sligty softer than this lens 100% capabilities?

Putting crappy filters on top of top-of-the-line lenses will cheapen the outcome. Get better filters or take the filter off altogether and shoot again. You'll likely have less CA and and the images will be sharper.

(I didn't see much CA on those images at that size, btw.)
