I know this is a long shot but I'm hoping to find a complete medium format system for about $150.

It doesn't need to look perfect, just functional.

Have you tried KEH Camera: Used Cameras, Digital Cameras, Film Cameras, Laptop Computers and More. Look for stuff in the Bargain grade, their bgn is like most people's grade for "good,", some wear and obvious use, maybe a little ugly, but functional. And cheap.
