Thanks Jeff .This is the first one I've encountered that was skiddish around humans. It looked rather beat up compared to the others on the property. I was very slow and careful around this one. I don't know what was up with it but something was but not sure.

Maybe just a very old heron, I mean he is in B&W. Must of been around since the 30's or 40's.
