B&W or Colour?

This is it, the last "trees" shot of the year and I need your help, I've been staring at slow shutter speed shots for wayyyy too long today, as much as I love them, editing them is hard on the eyes lol.

I can't decide, I like both... do you prefer one over the other? Is the B&W too dark?

i like the b/w one but the first one is almost a b/w image to me too. It almost has like a sephia tone to it.

As much as I like b&w, I like the color version here. My eyes seem to wander aimlessly in the b&w for some reason.

Thanks guys I'm thinking perhaps the colour on the center tree is important to help it stand out, in the B&W it reads too dark.

Both shots are fantastic, but I'd go for the colored one, the black and white makes it too dark.
