Which edit do you prefer and why?

I like the first one more because of the contrast. The water looks more cloud-like as well, which contributes to the heavenly feel of the image.

The second one is nice + moody with the darkness, but I prefer the first one

I definitely like the foreground contrast of #1, but you appear to have lost your horizon above the rocks.

And I'm the opposite.

I like the moody feel of the second one and the added contrast brings out the detail in the rock and clouds more for me.

The first seems too washed out for my taste.

I guess it really depends on what "feel" you were going for with this shot that will determine which one you like more.
