Back to Mumbles for the first time in a while

Today in Wales the Stay at Home part of lockdown ended so we are now able to go places that are considered local. Mumbles is a place I can see from the house so took a brief trip there...

beautiful light, the first and fourth are my favorite. love the processing of the water on the fourth.

I often choose certain shutter speeds to get movement in water without it being too milky. Often 1/3 or 1/4, but in this case the tide moves very fast here, so 1/9 was slow enough

I like the B&W ones here the best. The cloud formation in the last one is terrific.

I like the B&W and the color pics, both look nice. It's a very pretty place, are you allowed to walk around freely on mumbles? Some big, wide shots from that mountain peak would be cool.

You can, but you have to be very careful as the tide comes in very fast. Easy to get stranded, and people have.
