background and shadow

Hey Good Day everyone, I really hope you will be able to help me out.

I have 2 questions.

1. How can I achieve the same background as shown in the image on Photoshop (perhaps with "gradient overlay Photoshop") ?

2. How can I achieve accurate shadow as shown in the picture?

Its a white seamless background the rest is all lighting. No Photoshop required at all.

Oh and the photo is obviously not yours, and it is against forum rules to post images that do not belong to you. you should remove the photo and post a link the website it is from.
