Hey all!
So I work for a small dog hotel. We typically see about 50 arrivals each week and need to log all their luggage so that it all goes back to them. The issue is that we currently rely on small handwritten notes that leave room for interpretation, to say the least.
We experimented with having a group chat for a photo log, but this brought several issues, one of them being the the need to clear out previous entries as they departed. So now I'm thinking that we may be able to keep a physical, photographic record.
However, the convenience to cost ratio only makes sense if we can purchase the medium at bulk prices. So I figured a thermal transfer print would bundle ink+paper together, while opening up the ability to purchase in bulk.
However, given this potentially niche use case (possibly inappropriate for this forum), I'm finding it hard to find a suitable printer. If anyone could recommend something appropriate or perhaps an alternative, everyone at my workplace would greatly appreciate it!
