Bad weather at the quarry

Me and my cousins were at the local quarry to photograph, and the bad weather was comming. Made for some dramatic photos. Hope you like them!

I kinda like the second one more...the composition seems better to my eye. Interesting place, interesting textures.
However they do seem a little overprocessed, in particular the second one with the haloing around the trees.

The HDR or tonemapping put too much emphasis and detail on the rocks and not the bad weather.
