Band Aid Bandit

This is sort of meant to be scary, but witty at the same time. I found these band aids, the most awsome band aids in the world at urban outfitters. I needed to do something with them. I have different photos I'll probly post another time. All the shadows are natural, only thing I did in PS is desaturate it. When saturated, it has a sephia glow to it.
Should I crop out some of the bottom?

There are a couple of blown out spots on your face, try to use softer lightening, and I would crop out up until the first finger, the black is sort of distracting.
