Can't say. Taggers know no bounds. This fort - along with Fort Vancouver were originally conceived in 1864 to guard the mouth of the Columbia River in the event Canada invaded the US in support of the Confederacy. There used to be massive mortars here and they were fired in a volley only once : it was reported that they blew the ear drums of the firing crew.
