battery

well I went to get a new battery for my d-rebel at London Drugs, and saw they cost $130.00 !!!! So did some searching on the net and came across these..

Anyone have any info.. how long they last? will they work with the d-rebel? will they re-charge in my charger?

Hi Pilgrim!
I bought two BP-511's from these guys:

for my 10D which. I believe, uses the same batteries as your camera, and they've been working just great for a couple of months and charge off the Canon charger with no problem.
