The Panasonic G9 that I am using has a high-res mode which users a sensor-shift process to produce an 80 MP image. I tried it on this landscape and appeared to do OK.

It think it makes the rocks look to sharp and I find it irritating and uncomfortable when I imagine myself sitting on them.
