beginner, quality isnt great because i used my phone.

i was wondering if these were great angles, and if it were with a decent camera would it have been better looking pictures

I understand your limitations, but even with 10k in camera equipment these would still just be pictures of the sky. Find a subject and shoot it from many angles and see for yourself what looks best.

It's a pretty sky but it's just that-sky. Rarely do photographers take photos of only sky. Consider a nice looking sky as something to really enhance a picture but not BE the picture.
