Quite a nice, dynamic catch.
Perhaps a bit of color balancing to get the greenish tinge off his face, then sharpen and saturate a bit to make him really the center of interest and a crop to tighten it up so he is framed and there are no empty corners to allow the tension of the scene to drain away.
(I realize the green is from the lights and perhaps reflected off the drum heads and cymbals but to me the green looks sickly on face)
