Jon, it's not an action, but it's really easy to do w/o one...I just duplicated my background layer, then did filter gausian blur, then adjusted the opacity on the layer to get the softness I wanted. Then on that same layer I adjusted the color balance moving the sliders more towards the yellow, and the midtones slider slightly red, and that's it

JonK-I actually did one vertical and one horizontal version, but there's a highway right behind this so I went for the vertical one so that you couldn't see the billboards, etc.
