Good picture..i just hate that it feels like the flowers are like "hey you better notice im here"

Its nothing special in my opinion. Unfortunately there are a few mistakes that makes this picture noisy and hard to get what author wanted to tell us.

First of all in such composition flowers steal all of my attention and I focus on them rather than lovely background. I don't get the idea of placing them in the way You did (despite that those are quite pretty and have intensive color which may be found interesting in another composition).

Secondly I guess that placing flowers in the picture disrupt automatic exposure which result in losing bright tones - and it is a shame because the sky is quite good and I suppose it'd be interesting to see all of the details hidden in the clouds.

Moreover I don't get the idea of maintaining equal relation between water and mountains together with the sky (considering only background, forgetting about the flowers) - It would be better if You divide it onto equal parts (classic composition but it should work in this scene).

As a conclusion I recommend increasing a contrast at the background and increasing the temperature in order to avoid blue dominant.
