Bench on the Path C&C needed

I have two HDR's of what I call Bench on the Path. I would like your C&C on which you like better and composition. Thanks in advance!

1) With border and and is what I would say more of a dramatic look

I like #2. #1 is too dark for my taste. Would like the border on #2. Maybe slightly tighter crop to get rid of rocks in lower RH corner, kinda distracting. Just my thoughts. Good composition.

Not a big fan of HDR, but the first is nice. I agree about cropping the rocks and would also crop the left and top and maybe darken the sky and clouds in the center.

The bottom half of the photo looks good, the sky, especially the center area does not. 1 is definitely the best.
Lose the border.

What's nice here is from a photographic standpoint, not just an HDR standpoint, you have captured a nice moment in time. You found a nice perspective of the path and kept the bordering trees in frame enough to be relevant, but not so much as to detract from the photo.

The light is hitting the bench just right and the processing in #1 does the nice lighting more justice. The processing in #2 seems to flatten the shadows so much that they are less relevant. I might consider layering #2 over #1 and masking in the shadow areas on the path, keeping the rest of the scene a little brighter. Look at your histogram as well to see how the light is balanced in the image.

The frame really doesn't serve a purpose here. The trees are already framing the subject of the image, the bench and the path.

Looking pretty nice! Especially when you view it a little bigger on Flickr. This forum resizer can really take away from an image

Yes tell me about it. I am working on a imac 27" display and the details and overall look is breathtaking and then you upload it and things change .
