Best camera for beginner (up to ~600 EUR)?

Hello everyone. I'm interested in photography and want to buy a new camera. I want to take pictures of everything. People, city, landscapes, small stuff, but I also want to have the ability to shoot videos, so an external microphone output would be a great thing. I am choosing something for the long term, I want to be able to produce very high quality images one day with better lenses. But at the current moment (next couple of months I am not thinking of buying any new stuff) therefore whatever stock model i am getting, I would prefer the one with a better image quality. I am looking into Canon 600d, Nikon D3200, D5100. I found them in a shop for ~600 eu with lenses, memory card and a bag. Or should I get a Canon EOS 1100D/Nikon D3100 instead and save some money?
