I own a 1600 sq. ft. ranch house. Though it's comfortable with an modern open floor plan, 1600 sq.ft is still only 1600 sq. ft.
My plan is to sell this late Spring. I will be doing all the room photos and exterior shots. The back side of the house looks very
photogenic with a walk out basement under a large attractive 16' by 32' deck. The front is a different story. It shows a ground
level single story ranch house.
I realize that it is what it is, but are there any tricks/techniques I can use too make the house appear BIGGER.
TIA
