Bird ID?

It's a juvenile, but not sure what species. We have some resident Northern Harriers but this guy doesn't look right. No white patch, but maybe that comes in later?

Nice catch! It's a Red-tailed Hawk. Seek by iNaturalist is a great app from the California Academy of Sciences and National Geographic that helps identify animals and plants.
