Birds and Flowers (Me again! haha)

Hey, its me again. I know I already posted my pelicans today, but I wanted a different thread for critique on my other shots. Please give me your thoughts on if you like the cropping, editing, ect. I'm still practicing (just got my first DSLR today!), but I love to learn so be my teacher!
Honestly, I used both aperture and shutter priority, so I can't remember what my setting were, but I'll be getting a software that reads that soon. Sky was overcast, so that's why it looks really white in #2, but #1 has a tree in the background.

last shot was the most fascinating of all to me. IMO, nothing jumped out, I like the shots of animals and birds head on, and when there in flight or maybe eating. Color looks really good to me in the last one too.

Tighten up on your subjects to make them more interesting..... I think you are doing good.
