Went to Balbo Lake Park this morning, here are a few of the photo's. I believe 3 & 4 are mud hens, no idea what the first three are.

#1 does it for me with that nice clear refection.
 
First one is a goose of some species, not sure what. Second is a Pied Billed Grebe. Third is a Domestic Muscovy. Fourth and Fifth are American Coots, also known as Mud Hens.

^Right on all counts, and I *think* the first one is either a Snow Goose or a Ross's Goose. Leaning towards Ross's, because it doesn't look big enough for a Snow Goose.
