I thought this would definetly be a no no for me but at an offer of 12.29 euro a month it is less than the price of 3 beers in a bar. Have many of you subscribed?

I bit when The_Traveler mentioned that Adobe had the CC/LR offer for $9.99 US dollars a month. SO far, I like the CC offering, but my iMac's SW is not new enough to use Lightroom 5, so that kinda sucked.

I also took advantage of this offer, and am loving it. Find myself doing nothing in Lightroom, except import and transfer to PS.
editing in PS is a huge learning curve. The results far outweigh the effort. Ed

That's a pity. Will you be able to use an update to get it working or is it a a non runner?

I'm on the same boat Derrel. I need to upgrade my OS in order to run LR5 but I don't want to pull that trigger just yet. (I really don't care for Windows 8).

I did just before December. Seemed like too good a deal to pass up for me. I also upgraded my OS to Windows 8.1, I have heard a few horror stories about windows 8 but I've been getting on fine with 8.1. It's got a few nice features like the tiles though I do a lot of stuff through the desktop as well.

I use my wife's edu email and get the full adobe. I have to pay double though.

My wife and I bought a new PC last June that came with Windows 8.

The PC had to go back for warranty issues, but the OS has been very stable, and is great!

You can still pick up windows 7 online. Amazon uk has it so i am sure its available in the states

I started the $9.99 Photoshop Photography Program subscription Oct 15, 2013.
I had to upgrade my OS too, from Vista.

I took the opportunity to upgrade my computer and found a great deal on a refurbished Dell Optiflex 760 that came with Windows 7.
