First let me start by saying that I have always loved black and white photography. I would pick a black and white portrait over color any day. I would like to get to the point that it is almost my specialty. Not that it would be the only thing I would do. But I would like people to look at my black and white portraits and just think to themselves, "I want one of those.". I think they are classy, elegant and have a timeless feel that I love. I was just wondering if anyone has any good tips on conversion methods or anything really. I want to grow and expand my knowledge in the field. Here are a few examples of my black and white photography. They aren't really portraits, but it is the best I have.

Nice work Eric.

I am not really asking for critique on these pictures. I am looking for tips, articles, suggestions, editing workflows, ect. for black and white conversions.
