too bright at the left side in #3 and i think it has so much contrast, and i agree on preferring to see more of the road in the first image

The thing is, the bricks don't have much colour in them, and the sun here can be very intense, even in the winter, and it was shining directly at that part of the wall. Maybe I should have manually darkened that part of the image.
