Thank you we were at a dump the reson the garbage is all over the ground is from black bears racoons and seagulls the reason its expression was like that is we supprised it it was laying down and we came down in are truck and it also was not happy with us or the other people who were dropping off more garbage he ended up taking a whole bag of garbage

Oh wow. I'm surprised the wildlife folks don't trap them or fence in the dump somehow. I'll go ahead and step of the soapbox I was almost on lol.

Least it gives you a nice location to find the bears and coons.

Trapping and moving bears seldom works and a lot of dumps have fences, the bears find their way in. In most places around me, it's illegal to be at the dump unless you are actually dumping garbage. They discourage people from hanging around or even worse, feed the bears. It's not the bears we have to worry about, it's the humans.

were we my camp is about two years ago a bear had to be shot by the police because even though people were trying to scare it away it just stayed there so it was to big of a threat to have it around it was just on the other side of a little forest beside a hospital and senior home

if they fence it in or trap them more will come and there will probly be an increase in bear attacks near by were i am camping and an increase in very scrawny bears so if that happened at the dump then the bears that have cubs and go there to get food would have a a harder time finding food

Thanks last year one of the guys in our camp thought a bear was a big dog till it got scared from someone shutting there door and it took off

Thank you no we did not offer it water we did not have any and i think if we did it would have attacked us it looked like the bear was starving very scrawny

To bad he can't manage catching a Gull. My Grandpa owned a landfill, and my parents worked ran it. So I spent the first 6 years of my life living at a landfill (I know, worried right? LOL) and there were always hundreds of Gulls around.

Those Gulls can be vicious things, I hope they don't pester him to death.
