The composition looks good, but IMHO selective coloring looses it's "wow factor" when done to an image with a cement background and black car.

Sweet perspective.

The devil is in the details. Valiant effort to minimize distractions in the background. A selection andadding some gaussian blur would help. Some fill flash low and camera left would have been helpful for detailing the passenger side headlight assemble. I'd clone out the shadow from the light pole.

Next chance you get wet the pavement.
