This is not a flattering pose at all. Her midsection is closer to the camera than her face, making it look much larger than it is.
Your model should not be placed directly in front of the background: have her take at least a few steps forward so that the background can be thrown more out of focus and so she doesn't cast shadows on it.
The way her hair is draped over her arm is not flattering.
You need to retouch some blemishes on her stomach and the scabbed skin on her elbow. Also, you need to clean up the hairline.
