Blitz's Photo Sketch Book

So, I come from some forums where I do drawing, and people post a "Sketch Book" thread where they post what ever drawings or ideas, trials, what ever.

So I thought this may be the best place to post one on here. Im still learning, trying to get what I want out of my camera, trying to find my eye in photography, and even having fun touching up my images.

Critiques and Comments are MORE than welcome.
If I do take a photo I want a particular thought on I will post it in it's own thread but for now, these are those where I am just trying things out, having fun, or not sure if its good enough to get its own thread haha.


I'll start with these three.


This is one of the moon.
The first RAW file I ever took and adjusted the image a bit.
I took this outside of the Gym I go to, I saw it, grabbed my camera, took a few snap shots then went to work out.




Here is a Duck. I was trying my hand at capturing them with my 75-300mm lens. Its not the best but its a good start. The ducks were such asses haha. I walk around this pond and they would swim on the other side, id change directions and they would too. Love it, they will not make like easy. I want to try more. But probably the best I got.





This was just pure messing around with my camera. Part of my Back Yard Photography thing. No Tripod, the camera was set up on the box my camera came in with my cell phone under the lens to keep it up. I need to get a remote for setting off the shutter but for now this worked. I wanted to see what I could do in the low light with these little lights that turn on when the sun gets low.




So this is a start, i'll just keep updating this with what ever I take, try out, messing around with my camera, editing images, etc.
If there is a better place for a thread like this just let me know and ill ask a mod to move it.
