Very nice contrast on this image; I wonder how you got the blue tint?
Could also possibly crop tighter on the links for a more dramatic image.

Thanks for your comment Abel. I just add adjustment layer and choose black and white, tick tint below of the menu, put 211 for hue and 24 % for saturation and I got the blue. Add another adjustment layer choose level, another adjustment layer choose curve to get more contrast and brightness
