i agree this shot says blue mood to me, i really like this image but find the blown highlights on her back quite distracting as it takes the eyes away from her face, in a photograph where your trying to portray emotion that should be the focus of the shot. It looks like you missed the focus slightly but i don't think this takes away from the photograph to much, the framing is excellent. Good attempt.
