#2 and #4 are my faves... can you edit some of his acne... Maybe clone it out on a duplicate layer and then decrease the opacity so they just look less red and splotchy? He's a handsome kid, I bet he would be thrilled if you minimized his acne!

If it isn't going to be there in a week I get rid of it. But since it's basically part of him right now, I'd just reduce the redness a little and not completely remove it. Some kids just go through it in high school. Hell I still have it!
