Color balance has been noted. Also looks a little washed out, as if a lightly applied "vintage photo" filter has been applied, or if the contrast was lowered a little too far, perhaps. It's a "look" for sure, but it's not personally my cup of tea.

The dog is also looking out of frame. You've got a conflict here, on the one hand the dog's body neatly leads across the frame right to left, and on the other hand the dog's gaze leads the other way, left to right out of the frame. Is that bad? Well, it makes it feel a little off kilter and out of whack, as a formal composition.

Same pose with the dog's head turned to look right to left would be formally strong, and also more traditional.
